Blackbaud maakt overname van RLC bekend
Nederlandse marktleider van software voor non-profit organisaties geeft een stevige impuls aan Blackbaud’s internationale aanwezigheid
Charleston, S.C. (30 April 2009) - Blackbaud, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLKB) heeft vandaag bekend gemaakt dat het alle aandelen van RLC CCT, een besloten vennootschap gevestigd in Almere, heeft verworven. RLC is de toonaangevende leverancier van software en diensten voor de non-profit sector in Nederland. Haar in eigen beheer ontwikkelde relatiebeheerssystemen, Charibase en OneDirect, worden door meer dan 80 van de grootste non-profit organisaties in Nederland gebruikt

RLC’s organisatie, bestaande uit 25 medewerkers, zal opereren als een onderdeel van de Blackbaud organisatie en blijft haar groeiende klantenbestand van toonaangevende non-profit organisaties in Nederland van dienst zijn. Blackbaud blijft alle producten van RLC ondersteunen en zal significante aanvullende Research & Development investeringen doen om RLC’s technologisch platform, producten en diensten verder te ontwikkelen om optimaal te kunnen voldoen aan de wensen van non-profits.

Blackbaud Announces Acquisition of RLC
Netherland’s leading supplier of software for nonprofits boosts company’s global presence
Charleston, S.C. (April 30, 2009) - Blackbaud, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLKB) today announced that it has acquired RLC CCT, a privately-owned company located in Almere, the Netherlands. RLC is the leading provider of software and services to nonprofits in the Netherlands. Its constituent relationship management products, Charibase and OneDirect, are used by more than 80 of the largest nonprofit organizations in the Netherlands.

RLC’s organization, which consists of 25 employees, will operate as a Blackbaud company and continue to serve its growing customer base of leading nonprofit organizations in the Netherlands. Blackbaud will continue to support all of RLC’s product offerings, in addition to dedicating incremental R&D resources to extend RLC’s technology platform and solutions to best meet the needs of nonprofits, wherever their operational bases may be.
